Our team continues to grow, and we’re looking for an experienced Mechanical/Plumbing Project Manager to join our construction division.

Position Summary

The Mechanical/Plumbing Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution of commercial mechanical and plumbing projects. This role involves leading field teams, working directly with general contractors and clients, ensuring code compliance, and delivering projects on time and on budget. Successful candidates are strong communicators, organized leaders, and problem-solvers with a solid technical background in HVAC, mechanical piping, and/or commercial plumbing systems.

What You’ll Do

• Manage mechanical and plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout

• Develop project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and material procurement lists

• Coordinate daily with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and in-house teams

• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and specifications for accuracy and compliance

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to maintain schedule and budget targets

• Conduct jobsite visits to verify installation quality and ensure crews have required resources

• Track job costs, approve purchases, and maintain accurate project documentation

• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards

• Lead progress meetings with clients, GCs, and internal teams

• Manage change orders, project communication, and final punch-list closeout

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical or plumbing construction experience

• 2+ years of supervision or project management preferred

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical piping, and/or plumbing installations

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency with project management tools, documentation, and basic computer skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Mechanical or plumbing license preferred, but not required

Hours

Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
