Our construction crews work 4 – 10 hour days and our Service Technicians work 5 – 8 hour days. Mandatory overtime is rare, but we do sometimes offer overtime opportunities for those who choose to work more hours. Our benefit package includes 401K (with employer match), health insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, and a bonus program.
