Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our service department.

Position Summary
As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in servicing various HVAC equipment brands. This role involves working closely with our service team to ensure timely, cost-effective, and professional repairs across our client base.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including RTUs, VRF/VRV systems, boilers, chillers, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
  • Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Accurately complete service tickets and reports using mobile apps and software
  • Communicate effectively with customers and teammates
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow company protocols
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred
  • Universal EPA Certification required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Comfortable using technology for scheduling and documentation

Hours
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
(No regularly scheduled on-call is required)

Founded by Jake and Darla Young, our company is rooted in craftsmanship, customer service, and a commitment to providing professional, cost-effective solutions for commercial projects. We are currently seeking a Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our construction team.

Position Summary
As a Sheet Metal Mechanic, you will fabricate, install, and maintain HVAC duct systems and related sheet metal components for commercial buildings. You’ll work closely with project managers, foremen, and installation crews to ensure projects are completed on time and with the highest level of quality. Ideal candidates will have experience reading mechanical drawings and take pride in clean, accurate, and efficient work.

What You’ll Do

  • Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork and sheet metal components for HVAC systems
  • Interpret mechanical blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, shears, brakes, and welding equipment
  • Ensure work is performed according to industry codes and company standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to solve field challenges
  • Maintain a safe and organized job site and workshop environment
  • Transport materials to and from the fabrication shop and job sites

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial sheet metal work preferred
  • Strong understanding of duct fabrication and HVAC systems
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and specifications
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights or in tight spaces as needed
  • Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA regulations

As our team continues to grow, we’re hiring an experienced Commercial Plumbing Technician to help us deliver top-tier plumbing systems to our commercial clients.

Position Summary
As a Commercial Plumbing Technician, you’ll install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in a variety of commercial settings—including educational facilities, office buildings, healthcare facilities, and more. You’ll work with our construction and service teams to ensure all work is performed safely, accurately, and up to code.

What You’ll Do

  • Install water lines, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial buildings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes
  • Test and inspect plumbing systems for proper operation
  • Repair or replace damaged pipes, valves, and fixtures
  • Collaborate with project managers and other trades on job sites
