Valley Career & Technical Center

The HVAC proportion of the project consisted of a new three pipe type VRF system for the addition and a small portion of the existing building.  Three pipe VRF systems allow individual temperature control of each room.  YMS forces installed new Weld Fume Hoods as well as a Dust Collector system to support the teaching environment.  Our mechanical scope of work consisted of repiping the boiler room to install three new gas fired boilers and two new gas hot water heaters.
